In 1824, Niépce invents photography in a house in Saint-Loup de Varennes, Saône et Loire. We propose you a return to the sources with a course approaching photography back to its origins and also dealing with the reality of today.
This course will include lectures and workshops, and will allow you as well to discover Burgundy and Paris.

• 2.30 P.M - 5.30 P.M : Wine tour and tasting in Henriette Niepce’s property.


TUESDAY

• 9 - 12 A.M : Pierre-Yves MAHÉ, Founder of Speos, he’s at the origin of the rediscovery and restoration of the Niépce’s house > Conference theme : Presentation of the house, Niépce’s work and the different places he worked in.

• 2.30 P.M - 6.30 P.M : Guided tour of the city of Beaune
