Using procedures from the first photographic processes, students rediscover the magic when light strikes sensitized paper.
In contact with a flower, lacework, or a negative, the paper darkens and takes on different tones depending upon the chemistry used.

With an historical approach to the beginnings of photography, the workshop will permit students to discover these different methods of print making and allow for experimentation.
